Download video of David Isaiah HERE. Footage is slightly graphic at the beginning because you a small part of the C-Section As for Sheryl, you only see her stomach which is why I got permission to do this and my baby still has a Father.
Official Documentation (Very Important)

Updates Saturday, August 16 -9:50am - Sheryl is doing much better but there is no baby yet. She is at 5cm and holding. With no food for 2 days, it seems every channel on TV has something about how to prepare delicious meals. I'll keep everyone posted through text and on this page. We hope to have online video also.
10:17 - Sheryl is at between 5 and 6cm so she is slowly making progress toward the magic number of 10cm.
10:37 - We've learned the Baby Dave is face up instead of face down so that could also be what is slowing the progress.
11:58 - The next cm check is at 1pm. What happened to get us here started on Thursday morning. Sheryl had a routine appointment and the ultrasound confirmed that she had low amniotic fluid. This meant that the normal due date of Sep 3 was out of the window and they had to induce labor pretty quickly. The original plan was a dose of Cervedil (which assists opening for the baby to pass) on Thursday evening at 6pm. Once this happens, it is 12 hours before labor can be induced which would have been around 6am on Friday for the start and a subsequent 3-16 hours for delivery. However another does of Cervedil was needed which then meant that another 12 hours was added and we were delayed until Friday evening around 6pm for inducing. Last night around 9:30 they broke her water and the process is continuing albeit slowly.
2:22pm - 90% Effaced and 8cm. Not much longer now
4:40 pm - Baby should be here about 8pm this evening. I'm getting ready for surgery.

7:00pm - The doctor is running behind so we still aren't in surgery. The initial procedure should take about 15 minutes to get to David and then about 45 minutes to for her to be recovered. After 54 hours here, Sheryl is going stir crazy. I think she's looking at adopting the next baby. ha ha
7:06pm - In case you've never read about a C-Section, this is kind of interesting. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Csection
7:30 pm It is time for the c-section. Be thinking of Sheryl and Isaiah.
8:43 - David Isaiah is here. He is doing fantastic! I also got some great photos, video, and didn't pass out.
